Tonight I cooked up pizza on the grill. Shown above is my white with caramelized onion, roasted peppers, and arugula. I heated the grill to 550 and added cherry wood chips for that wood burning oven flavor of great Neapolitan Pizza. Coupled with a nice red wine made for a great dinner outside tonight.
Lena had her first taste of Mack’s Pizza this weekend. The video above is from the second night that she ate Mack’s. She loved it …. Daddy is proud.
Hi, I'm Tom. I live in South Philly with my wife Shannon and daughter Elena. I set up this Tumblr account while Shannon was pregnant with Elena.
